Maintenance Mechanic: 4:00 pm-12:30 am

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensures the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of all areas of the facility.
  • Performs regular inspection and repair of all electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operations manuals.
  • Complies with the industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintains all records of the repair and maintenance work conducted.
  • Manages time effectively and meets all specified deadlines.
  • Assists in snow removal.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Trade school preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., crouch, stoop, bend, climb up ladders and stairs and perform work over head.
  • Must be able to stand long periods of time.
